As experienced eBusiness trainers, when we decided to make the move into online learning, our initial research into the field left us rather unimpressed.
What we wanted to find were people delivering great insightful, business focused training courses using the natural flexibility of the web. What we actually found was a lot of old un-interactive CDRom training just stuck online, with a mixture of naff voice-over artists reading bland dated material while you watched a few cartoons (sound familiar?)
The triballearn system is the result of two years work to reinvent eLearning from the ground up, basing our system on the ways people actually like to learn (known as learning styles), NLP and other modern proven approaches to delivering knowdge and business change.
